Virtuemart Order List is a Joomla component that will allow the user on-demand or by executing a CRON to generate a CSV or TXT (as preferred) file that is emailed to one or more email addresses. The CSV or TXT file can then be opened and used as an excel spreadsheet. Once the component is installed, sign into the backend and find VM ORDER LIST. Next fill in the email addresses, subject line, body text message and select the fields that you want to see included in the CSV or TXT file.

Use a frontend option to pull sales reports on demand and send to any requested email address. (See the Demo link to send yourself a sample CSV or TXT file from one of our demo shops. Be sure to follow the instructions.)
Use a CRON job to send sales reports in CSV or TXT form automatically to a set of specified email addresses. These updates can be sent as often as run the CRON can run. The system tracks the last time orders were processed and only sends the orders which have occurred since that time.
Set the mailing options as desired such as from email address, to email address, subject, etc.
Customize the CSV or TXT file as desired using simple yes/no settings as illustrated in the Set up Options Tab.
Set the literals for the headings in the CSV or TXT by editing a language file.

The orders are all from one of our demo stores. Not all fields are required. You have complete control over which fields are in your CSV or TXT file.

This is the easiest way to create a report of sales for your Virtuemart store that can be sent to administrators, fulfillment houses, management, marketing, or any other reciepient that needs up-to-date information on sales.

Set up is easy. Enter basic information and fill in a series of Yes/No options to determine what information should appear in your CSV or TXT file that is sent via email. Illustration of set up options shown below:

You set the date from which reporting should occur. Or, you can produce your first report including all sales that have occurred before the first reporting date. After the first report is run, the system automatically tracks what orders have not been reported.

From the frontend, a user can choose to create a CSV or TXT file containing a custom timeframe, and can have that report sent to any specified email address. This is great for running on-demand queries to track sales. The use of the frontend does not impact the automated reporting features which work using a CRON! Frontend use is strictly optional, but can add a lot of value for quick reporting on sales.

Great extension and company

Does just what it says, clean and cut and very useful for my VM clients. A recent client needed formatted .txt files instead of .csv files sent daily containing orders to their fulfillment company. I figured this would be the perfect component to start with. These guys were able to help me out and customize the component to get the fulfillment company exactly what they needed from my clients VM orders. Great Stuff!

Export Virtuemart Orders to Shipping Warehouses

VM Order list is an excellent extension for sending virtuemart orders to a shipping warehouse in a separate facility. Not only can you download csv files from the frontend of your website, but also it sends emails automatically using a cron job. Excellent.

Even better, this extension DOES NOT require a Virtuemart Hack (which most do) and provides a wide range of export options that you can simply turn on or off.

Corfun was very responsive to our request for a csv customized to our shipping warehouses specifications. They stuck with us to troubleshoot a variety of "extras" the warehouse required after the fact, and provided excellent service.

One thing to note: This extension profile on Joomla should be moved to under Virtuemart add ons...

VM Order List Component

This is an Excellent component, simple to install and with a very responsive and prompt support. The module makes Order Fulfilment a lot easier by automatically sending a list of confirmed orders to a specified e-mail address in a CSV file.

The component recognises which shipping address has been selected and now also puts in Product Attributes to specifically define which products need to be picked and packed.

The cron job is easily set up in cpanel to send the order list off at specific times and days.

All in all first class component and first class support.

Note: Virtuemart is a Joomla Component which is not included with this download.
