"I just installed Target Mail. So when I want to add a Virtuemart-Shopper to CB I get the message:

So I was trying just to add the field "adress" to CB. But I can't do this, because as soon as I add this field it is changing automatically to "cb_adress".

How can I fix that?"

Hello -

CB automatically appends the cb_ to the front of custom fields. The Target Mail software is coded to move the standard billing address fields in VM to the standard CB fields such 'address' which come preloaded in CB.

In CB, did you load the sample fields data? If so, then the fields such as 'address,' 'city,' etc. should have been loaded. Look under the Tools item in the CB submenu in the backend and you will see it. You can call the name anything you want, but the Target Mail system will be looking for 'address' as the field name.

Thanks for the fast answer, this has worked fine! But now I have a new problem. I wanted to add the Field "fax" in the targetmail.php. I added everywhare the field the same as for example the phone-field.

But then target-mail didn't work anymore. So I loaded the original targetmail.php back. It didn't help. So I deinstalled targetmail and installed it again (only targetmail, because the CB-Plugins I couldn't deinstall).

Now I have the situation that CB to Virtuemart works, but Virtumart to CB doesn't work. When I choose "VirtueMart Update from Community Builder" nothing at all happens (no reaction).

Joomla 1.5.14
CB 1.2.1
Virtuemart 1.1.4

The "VirtueMart Update from Community Builder" CB members and checks to see if they are in the VM user table.

If no new CB members had been added since your last update with Target Mail, no update would occur. You should have gotten a message stating: Virtuemart Not Updated. No new members found.

If you are still having problems, let us know. We may need to log in to the back-end of your site and check a few things.

Today I tried again and it worked...(???). I didn't change anything. On monday the function didn't showed "Virtuemart Not Updated. No new members found." The screen just was the same as before choosing the option.

Anyway - hope it rests like this and thank you for your support!
