sipx OFFLINE Fresh Boarder Posts: 3	All installed as planned. Go to Target Mail and try to update and get the following error: Error adding VM User Info = DB function failed with error number 1064 You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near.... The text after "near" has a particular user information. Not sure if this is significant or not.

nicholas NOW ONLINE Moderator Developing for Joomla since it was born! Posts: 1199	Are you trying to update Community Builder from Virtuemart, or trying to update Virtuemart from CB? Can you PM me creds to look at your site?

sipx OFFLINE Fresh Boarder Posts: 3	Trying to update VM from CB. The users are in VM but are missing key information from CB like address. My suspicion is that VM gets the information from Joomla user data. Thus, I'm looking to append or overwrite the users info with all their contact information found in CB.

dangdesigns OFFLINE Fresh Boarder Posts: 11	I'm having the exact same issue. I can see that the users have been created in VM, and only their name/username/email are added, however the other information has not been transfered and I see the 1064 error with user info when updating through the frontside. CB 1.2.2 VM 1.1.3 stable

sipx OFFLINE Fresh Boarder Posts: 3	My issue ended up being an apostrophe ' in the users information. Cleared it out and it fixed it. Corshops said they would fix it in future release.
