Absolutely. Target Mail works with the CB Userlist functionality. Each time you invoke a CB Userlist or do a search using a Userlist, a text file is created/updated that is used for import purposes to a mailing list of your choice. You simply create a userlist, if you don't already have one, and then filter it or use search options as needed, to get that list narrowed down to the people you want to email. You then set up an Acajoom mailing list to export those users to. Next, invoke Target Mail and export your specific Userlist's results to the Acajoom mailing list of your choice.
If a user is already part of an existing Acajoom or JNews list, then nothing happens. You can use this process to creat mailing lists based on user groups, on location, on interests, or anything else that you have access to on a CB profile.
