I am using the flytabs theme and I turned off the pop up checkout (what were the programmers thinking that thing is horrible -- totally worthless in my opinion) anyway ... I changed it and you now go to the cart when you add product which is better then that buggy pop up window ... but it uses the wrong template ... it goes to the sites index template which is not the sites set default template ... I am now working on the clients dev site ... here is the link ... note you will see the problem if you add item to cart ....

When we add an item to the cart, we are still seeing the pop-up add-to-cart.

When we go through the process and view the cart, then we see a page that looks normal for VM.

What are you expecting it to do? If you want to make changes in how the shopping cart page looks, then those have to be done under the FlyTabs theme. We provide a copy of the standard shopping cart page in our VM theme where you make changes.
