I'm using the JCarousel Scroller with Artio JoomSEF and the Virtuemart SEF plugin.

I have the scroller working, but the links to the products are not using SEF URLs. This only occurs when using the scroller. All the other links on my site are working correctly.

Any suggestions?

Hmm... Houw about providing us a link to start. We use sh404SEF on this site, and the scrollers work perfectly well with the SEF generation. The scrollers (of course) generate the non-SEF URL, but the sh404SEF switches to the SEF when the page is called. We have used Artio in the past, but I have always had much better success with sh404SEF.

I went and took a look at the site, and then had the customer confirm that the VM scroller (the native one) works with the Artio Joomsef. sh404SEF works great with our scroller, but there could be some code in the native VM that is necessary to make Artio happy.

Can you look at the native VM scroller and see if you can spot what the diff could be?

Jerry, our lead developer, sent you a new version of the scroller yesterday with a fix in for Artio Joomsef. Did you get it? If so, did you have a chance to test it in your environment? We have tested it in our various test boxes, but before we publish the package we want to make sure your environment is good-to-go!
