Did you create the test environment by using Akeeba to move the production install to test, or are you starting over with a build?

No I simply moved the files to root and changed the Virturemart directory location.

After further review, it does work on IE and Firefox but not Chrome or Safari.

Is there a link so I can look at the problem using Chrome or Safari?
