vmdTabs works fine when 1 Product Image Thumbnail is used.
However if more thumbnails are displayed, the VMDTABS get "display:none" in HTML code

These don't appear to be the same site. On the site that is not working, I'm seeing this error:

Failed to load source for: basar.numijneigenwebsite.nl/plugins/content/vmdTabs/js/jquery-1.5.1.min.js

In the plugin settings on the non-working site, make sure you have the option set to load JQuery.

Strange, because it is the same site!

I checked: both js files are
/plugins/content/vmdTabs/js

and plugin settings do include jQuery script

I'll set up some extra image files on a test server and let you know.

I'm not sure how they can be the same site with two different URLs:

basar.numijneigenwebsite.nl/boekentijdschriften

versus

basar.numijneigenwebsite.nl/overige/technische-hulp

That was why I asked about a possible difference in configuration.

The problem has nothing to do with multiple images. There is an image slider module on that page that is using jquery and it appears to be breaking the code. It's on the page with multiple images and not on the other page. Please turn it off and see if that fixes it.

The module is calling an older version of jQuery and it's renaming it to a proprietary name (jQlveis instead of jQuery).

That did the trick!
