Hi there!

Over the weekend, we purchased and attempted to install the Shipping Estimator on our Virtuemart commerce site. While some components work, it is not completely functional and I was wondering if you could help me figure out what might need to change to make it work properly. Thank you.

1) The addon link, when clicked from the cart (cart.jpg) does bring up the snazzy pop up screen, however, it does not recognize a valid zip code (estimate shipping box.jpg). In addition, there's no text at all in the small box to the lower left, which I'm assuming should read something like "calculate" or "click here."

2) On our shopping cart link, it now has an enormous text link that says "CLICK HERE TO ESTIMATE SHIPPING" which overflows the box and looks really goofy. (see click-here.jpg) Also, it pushes the "number of items in your cart" text off the box altogether. Where do I fix this?

We're hoping to get this up and running this week in time for the holiday shopping rush. Any help you could offer would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

If your tech support are not going to respond or assist in any way, I would like to have contact information from your returns department to arrange for a refund.

Other questions have been asked and answered in the week that mine has been posted and no one has responded to me either via this forum or by reply to the emails I've sent.

We would be pleased to use your product if it would work. As it stands, since both the product and tech support do not inspire great confidence, we are left to attempt once more to get assistance before returning the product and passing our experience on to the rest of our small business association group so that they don't endure similar problems.

Greetings, you will have to put in custom styling for the button or change the text to make it fit for the module.

Looking at the screen shots you sent, I don't see the country selected. You must select the country and enter the zip code. Do you have a zipcode range set up for standard shipping? If not please set one up for the pricing points 00000-99999 is fine if you are not shipping by zip code.
