Is it possible to input Multiple Product IDs instead of one?
Couldn't find this in the manual.

We are releasing a new version next week that will allow you to define a categoy for discount or define multiple product ids.

Rob, we have released a new version of Target Mail that will in allow you to set up a coupon for a category or categories as well as multiple products. So as an example you wish to discount all power tools which is category 15 and also two types of ladders, product id 4, and 6 in the product ID field you would enter CAT=15,4,6

We use a dutch version of virtuemart. In the coupon field the text for: - Value, Product ID, Free Shipping, Min Order Amount, Max order amount are missing as well as the tips which reside under the blue 'i'. See attachment.

Do you know where the localization files are to translate?
