in detail view is displayed quotation mark at the bottom of plugin. (under gallery and if no images under text "No Images Available")

my second question is how to check in detail view if images are available.
i tried

<?php if( $plugins["jview"]) { ?>

<?php } ?>

but it does not work.

1. i had quotation mark in my code of detail view.

2. working with apostrophe
