The first problem I see when looking at your admin area is that the Components directory is 777 and so is the com_sobi2 directory.

777 is not valid. Please change all of your directories all the way from components down to the actual plugins directory within SOBI2 to 755. Make sure all of the files are 644. Then give it a shot and let me know how it goes.

The ownership on your other directories is inmueble (1275) /
inmueble (1272)

but on the JView plugin the ownership is nobody (99) /
nobody (99)

If the ownership should be inmueble, please change it. Ownership issues can cause the system to not be able to read its own directory.

Gracias Nicholás. Tengo el safe-mod en off. No sé como cambiar el nivel de propietario de modo correcto.

That depends on your box. You might need to use SCP or SFTP. If you are unsure, please ask your hosting company. You need to execute a chown command, most likely. They can tell you how for your server.
