Ok, I think I'm losing my mind, I've read the docs 3 times and can't find what I need to add to my custom entry template to make the jview gallery upload iframe showup.

to my entry template but it is still not showing up in my entry form.

I've ensured the plugin is enabled.

Any ideas what might be wrong with my setup?
