I have installed the component, set the options in admin section, set up cron job and manual request on front end. However it still does not work and when i try on front end it says "VM Order List

can't open file"

I am not sure how you would use a cron job for civinews. Please explain what you are trying to do. Also what version of Joomla are you running. I will also need your order number please.
