This may seems basic, but I have read the instruction file supplied with the download and completed the modifications locally to the letter, but I cannot see anything that explains where to install the folder(s) on my webserver.

Or whether the 'Fopen' and 'Session' folders are both to be uploaded, as they appear to have the same files in them?

I understand from a previous thread that there is no package xml and so installation is manual, is this correct?

In the main unzip member there is a readme.txt file to tell you how to use the fopen and the session versions. In each of those zip files there is a work document that explains where everything goes and how to install the custom.
