TOPIC: Two Colums - VCard Help

Two Colums - VCard Help 2 years, 12 months ago #204

On my main Sobi2 page, since adding this, I have two columns on the VCard instead of one. The first column is blank.

On the Search page, I'd at least like the first column (where the pinpoint is) to not have a background image, as shown here:

What do I need to fix? Thank you!

Hey Christine -

Pls attach your vCard template so that I can take a look at it.

Thanks,

Hey Christine -

You have two <td>, but I see only one </td> which means that one table partition is not closed. Try closing the first one and see if that helps.

Also, I noticed an isset on your image marker. Our guideline code is as follows:

< img src="<? php $tdTrCounter++; echo '/components/com_sobi2/GoogleMapsIcons/icong'.$tdTrCounter.'.png';?>" />

(I added some spacing to make the forum not treat as code.)

In any case, did Jerry put the conditional code in? I don't know that it matters, but having an unclosed table tag can. Clean that up first and let me know how it goes.

Yes, Jerry added the conditional statement. When I added yours (fixing the spaces), the entire template broke again (as it had when I initially had problems and emailed you guys). I reverted back to the original, adding an /td as instructed. New v-card template attached. The problem is still there.

Something I noticed with the columns... when I'm logged in, you can see what appears in the first column (pic attached), so there's something screwy with that statement, but I'm not sure what. It doesn't appear when a user isn't logged in.
