If we feel it is warranted, we do provide on-server support at no additional cost. JMaps is very stable, but in the event that you do run into a problem, we will provide a fix as soon as possible. We monitor our support forum from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Eastern (US) and on weekends from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. The average response time in our forum is less than one hour during the week.
