Absolutely. Set up an instance of JMaps with Category '0' and that will show all of the entries from all categories on a single map. You can control the colors that each category has so that entries from different categories can be a different color. In addition, you can use a CRON job to keep the entries updated so that as new entries are added in your directory, they will be up-to-date on the map.
