If you have a map that shows multiple categories, then the entry will get the color of the first category on file for that entry. So if you have an entry which is in categories: "T-shirts, shirts, clothing," then it will use the color for "T-shirts" if it is on a map which shows more than one category to which it is assigned. That is because the first category in SOBI2 is considered the primary, and all others are considered additional. If the map only shows one category that matches the entry (even if not the primary), then it will use the color appropriate to that category. So if you have a map that shows "Clothing" and "Hardware" then the hypothetical entry above will show up with the color for "Clothing."
