Ok, here's what I've done.

I've gone through all the tutorials, forums and watched the video. In other words, spent waaay too much time on something that looks rather simple.

All it does is go to my default page.

1: Installed component.
2: Added index.php?option=com_loginredirectcb to the CB login Login Redirection URL
3: Added a dropdown box (select) to the CB Field Management with two fields for now. One of the fields is selected for the user.
4: In the component itself- selected field number, default landing page, then selected Field 1 with it's appropriate landing page
5: Select Field 1 and 2 always revert to "Select One" after I apply or save. Not sure if this is a problem or not
6: Turned off sh404SEF, and added the regular Joomla address
7: As seen in another post, back on step 2 above, added the full URL but that didn't work.

Am I missing something?

I also tried the solution in this thread- http://www.corshops.com/18-Login-Redirect-for-CB/Not-Redirecting-At-All.html

I'm using Joomla 1.5.23 (going to update it to 1.5.25 later today)

You need to select the field value to match on. See Select field 1 and Select Field 2. You need to select a value for the field then save it.

Yes, I have- the screenshot you see is after I either apply or save. It seems to wipe out the value I select in that field. That was mentioned in #5 in the OP.

While it says

Changes to Login Redirect Config saved

Is it really being saved? Is that why it's not re directing?

That is definitely a problem. Please let me know your order id. Also, I want to verify that you did install the version for Joomla 1.5, not 1.6 correct?

Is your site live? If not can you send me admin credentials please. Also, if you can please install ninjaxplorer. It is free on the Joomla directory.

As a follow-up. If this is a new site, you might want to check your permissions and make sure the folder is not set to 777.
