I read the manual. I am
getting a google map displayed with my custom centre location. But the markers are not showing.

It is on a local machine running windows 7.

I think it might be to do with the longitude / latitude position.

I can see the lat/longs in the vcard and category view.

They were



So I changed the position to



but the
field_longitude ID remains 14
field_latitude ID remains 15

Any advice is appreciated.

The position won't matter. What are the settings for Lat/Long on your individual entries that you are trying to map? Are they valid?

I am running wampserver on windows 7.

The directory path is :

D:\Program Files\wamp\www\<test1>\

Not sure if this path is causing any problems.


The lat/lons are valid, returned for the search.

Hello -

You just needed to build the XML file for the category. I went in to the SOBI2 page for the Child Care Category, and that built the XML file for that category. After that, the markers show because the XML file exists.
